Photography Classes Terms & Conditions
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
A confirmation of your booking will be sent immediately on receipt of your payment.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013, relating to events on specific dates, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations unless you have purchased a gift voucher, for which there is a 14 day cooling off period (see below). However, we will always book you on the next mutually available date.
Money Back Guarantee
We want all students to love their time with us and offer a no-quibble money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your class.
By making a booking with David Wheater Photography for services, you are entering into a contract as follows:
All cancellations must be made in advance by email or telephone (07400 705 357 - email@example.com). Refunds will only be given if David Wheater Photography is able to fill your place. In the case of a booking paid for by gift voucher, we will issue a credit for the monetary value of the purchased gift voucher.
Classes take place in a variety of outdoor locations, both in the city and rurally. Class participants attend classes entirely at their own personal risk and take full responsibility for their actions during classes at all times. Participants are recommended to obtain personal insurance, travel or otherwise, and to insure any equipment they use during the class for damage or loss. David Wheater Photography accepts no liability for personal injury or damage or loss to equipment used during a class.
Cancellation Due To Unforeseen Circumstances
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to cancel a class, we will re-arrange your class, or offer a full refund.
We strongly advise that you have adequate insurance for all your own cameras and other photographic equipment. We cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any damage to your photographic equipment or belongings whilst participating in one of our classes.
If you are travelling a long distance for your class and staying in accommodation, we strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel insurance in the unlikely event that your class is cancelled.
Children Under 16
We do not accept bookings from anyone under the age of sixteen. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment for gift vouchers must be made in full at the time of purchase.
On completion of payment, an email will be sent to you confirming your purchase with a printable copy of your voucher.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date your purchase a gift voucher, during which time you can request a full refund. Refunds will be made within 7 working days and can only be made to the specific card used to make the original payment. To obtain a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us.
Redeeming A Gift Voucher
All our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Classes can be scheduled for after the expiry date.
Our Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
